This page explains what happens with your email address when you join the PixelPicture email list.
Who looks after your data
The controller of your data is TRIX STUDIO BECELA KWAPIŃSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA, ul. Wodzisławska 2, 43-200 Pszczyna, Poland, VAT ID PL6381833996. Write to us at brix@trix.pl about anything related to your data.
What we keep
Your email address and language. As proof of your consent: the text you agreed to, the time you signed up and the time you clicked the confirmation link, and at both moments the IP address and the browser's description (user agent).
Why
To send you news about PixelPicture: when it opens, new pieces and offers. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the proof of consent because we must be able to show it (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
Until you leave the list. An address that was never confirmed is deleted after 30 days. After you leave, we keep the record of your consent and its withdrawal for 3 years, in case we have to prove it, and then delete it.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that run our servers and deliver our email: Hetzner Online GmbH (servers in the European Union) and Google (email delivery and backups). Google may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your address with anyone else.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the link in every email, without affecting what happened before. You can ask us for access to your data, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction, and you can object to its use. You can also complain to the data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Good to know
Joining is voluntary; without an email address we cannot write to you. We make no automated decisions or profiles. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies.
