Once your order is paid, it will be scheduled for our automated build process. The time required to complete your picture depends on its size and complexity. The build process can take up to a few weeks. We will keep you informed every step of the way, notifying you when the build is scheduled to start and providing an estimated completion date.
After the pixels are placed on the canvas, each picture undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure top quality. Once approved, it is securely packed and shipped using FedEx Premium Shipping. You will receive a tracking link to monitor your delivery. For your peace of mind, all shipments are fully insured.
As each picture is a custom build, our cancellation and return policy differs from standard off-the-shelf items.
You can cancel your order at any time before shipping. However, if the build process has already started, we will refund only 80% of the purchase price to cover the costs incurred.
If you wish to return the picture after it has been delivered, the costs of insured return shipping via FedEx Premium will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we will refund 50% of the remaining amount to cover the assembly and disassembly costs.
